I think you have seen more of the Petronas Twin Towers in one than than I have in my years in Kuala Lumpur! Ironically, I was working on the 8th floor of an office block across the site when construction commenced. I can still recall the times when people from the construction site came to my office to seek permission to take photographs of the site as construction progressed.
I think across the fountain there is a very spacious park open to the public. There is a big wading pool that that is very popular with the kids and it is usually crowded on weekends, when families visit the KLCC and some even have picnics at the lawn. There is no entry charge and it is a public recreational facility.
Lovely fountain, but I still like the idea of a huge swimming pool ! ;-)
