Studying happens even outside the classroom. Often, it involves a lot of deep thought. The photo above was taken two years ago on one rainy late Monday afternoon. There was no typhoon warning, but it rained hard. The volume of rain that fell was enough to flood the streets. The young student was on his way home, but suddenly stopped when he saw a coconut floating in the flood waters. This incident tansformed him into a deep thinker. There were so many questions in his mind --- Did he want to bring the coconut home? Did he want to play with it like a kick-ball? How can he get it without getting wet and dirty? Oh, no! He could not get dirty now. His mother would surely be mad at him. Think! Think for the answer! Finally, he did came up with an answer. He took hold of a long wooden stick and pulled the coconut within his reach. Answers come to those who spend time thinking and studying.
