Uni and Sake

Yung dilaw ay uni o sea urchin. Hindi lahat mahilig dito, pero isa ito sa pinakagusto ko sa mga klase ng sashimi. Yung sake or salmon ay halos paborito ng lahat. Masarap ang pagkaing Hapon, ngunit hindi lahat ay may gusto ng pagkain na hindi niluluto.

The yellow gooey material is called uni or sea urchin. It is the staple food of lobsters. I am not a lobster, but I love uni. The other one is salmon or sake sashimi, a healthy food rich in good fat that's good for the heart.

Font vous aiment la nourriture japonaise ? Sashimis ? Le jaune est oursin et le rose est saumoné. Tous les deux sont crus mangé.
