They say that the longer the noodles you eat, the better is it for you. Longer noodles will bring you long life. Tired and weary from work, my soulmate and I retreated to our favorite Chinese restaurant for a late Friday night dinner. I ordered what you see above, my trusted Beef Ho-Fan, which are not looong noodles but are flat noodles cooked like the traditional pancit guisado. I finished that whole plate in less than 15 minutes.

Okay, I was planning to comment on the beautiful photos, particularly those of the flowers, and then I come across the picture of your dinner. I am now starving and it has to be noodles! LOL!

This look soooo good! I have a serious weakness for Chinese food ... :o)

My cousin was once close to a fellow from the Philippines, and he taught her to make Pancit ... she in turn, taught me. This doesn't look like Pancit, but it looks every bit as tasty!

You know how to cook Pancit, Moof? Wow! If ever we see each other in the future, I promise to treat you with one tasty Pancit meal. The beef hofan above is a close cousin of the Pancit. :)
