A rare World War II Blimp Hangar can be found in Tillamook, Oregon. If you're familiar with Tillamook, it is also the home of the famous Tillamook cheese and delicious Tillamook Ice Cream. The hangar is now known as the Tillamook Air Museum, and it is proudly the largest wooden structure in the world.

Last Saturday, Sunday here in Manila, mon meilleur ami, Alex, who lives in North Bend, Oregon, drove around 200 miles north to get to the museum. He sent me some pics to share the fascinating historic planes he saw there. Here is an image of a MIG-17, a Russian fighter plane which saw action in Vietnam.
