On my way home last Friday afternoon, a strong drizzle trapped me at the pedestrian overpass near PHILCOA in Quezon City. The boredom of waiting for the rains to stop gave way to an opportunity to take this shot. Even with the poor visibility, the Quezon Memorial Monument can still be seen at far-end of the picture.
