I saw this chocolate fountain last weekend during a wonderful pre-Christmas dinner with my meilleurs amis Français at an hotel resto somewhere in Makati City. The restaurant's staff said it was pure dark chocolate flowing, but my taste buds hardly discerned the required bitterness. I think it was more milk chocolate than dark chocolate. Choco fountains are a great way of serving chocolate fondue. Choc fondues are melted chocolates in which you can choose to dip any of these equally wonderful dipping delights.
